Abstract Submission

Scientific contributions (oral presentations) from participants are encouraged!
The Organizing Committee will try to accommodate as many requests as possible, according to the Workshop programme.

Abstract preparation and submission

Please prepare your abstract in English by using the Microsoft Word template.
Each participant is allowed to submit only one scientific contribution as the presenting author, while there are no restrictions on the co-authorship.
The presenting author holds the responsibility for abstract submission and for informing the co-authors about the abstract status.

Please follow these instructions for submitting your abstract:
1) Abstracts must be submitted as Microsoft Word files (.doc or .docx) or PDF files.
2) Rename the file with the name of the presenting author, e.g. SurnameName_oral.

Important: You first need to pre-register, then submit the abstracts. If you are already registered, log in and access the personal page where you can upload your abstract.

Abstracts must be submitted not later than January 15th 2024.
All presenting authors must register for the Conference not later than January 15th 2024.
Abstract acceptance will be notified by email to the presenting author by January 20th 2024.

Scientific communications

Oral presentations must be held in English.
The Contribute Talk presentation shall not exceed 20 minutes including Questions&Answers.
The Invited Speaker presentation shall not exceed 30 minutes including Questions&Answers.

Please prepare your presentation in English by using the Power Point template

Widescreen (16:9) format is recommended. The presentation will be uploaded on a PC with Microsoft Windows operating system available at the conference site. Please, note that it will not be possible to use your own PC. Presentation files can be sent to wwme2024@gmail.com or transferred via USB at the conference site. We recommend to do it at the earliest convenience with respect to the scheduled time for the oral communication.
